Default HELP WITH MY TURBO FUTURE!

OK.... so ive been collecting turbo parts for my build for a little over a year and a half and have decided i have no clue what i want... i based some choices on good deals online that ive gotten so heres what i have and im open to input or ideas.

Goal:
To have a mild setup on my stock engine (with valves and retainers/arp head studs) until i build my spare engine for low compression later down the line. On the build motor id like around 500-550 whp and have it be somewhat reliable (yes i know this is a high number but with a sleeved block and meth isnt it possible?)

Current inventory of parts:
Precision 6262 single scroll, Steed speed manifold (t3) paid 300$ shipped, pfab t4 log manifold paid 65$ shipped, AFI twin scroll t3 manifold paid 353$ shipped, Magnus intake manifold with 74mm skunk2 throttle body (made an adapter plate), saikou dual catch can (10an in and out fittings), synchronic bov, a single tial 38mm wastegate, and a bunch of 3 inch steel piping and 3 inch high flow cat

engine management: kpro ecu, 1000cc injector dynamics injectors and 320lph pump, oil pressure/oil temp/ wide band o2/ boost gauges

so i guess the question is should i run the 6262 on the steed speed manifold or sell it to get a twin scroll turbo for the afi manifold? If so what turbo would be a good fit for that setup..... please help s2ki gurus i know your lurking here somewhere lol

500-550 is easily do-able reliably on a stock block, you may struggle getting that power with the log tho.I run a stock motor last year with a 6266,inline pro mani and 1000 cc injectors and got 508/330tq at 12 psi.

Easily reliable with a stock motor. I current make 526whp on a stock motor with arp head studs, dual valve springs/titanium retainers.

I normally run on low boost when just drving around. Which is still almost 400whp.

u got those numbers with the log manifold? And anyone know the rough numbers difference i would see when running the log manifold i have in comparison to a tubular twin scroll manifold? Btw what precision turbo comes in twin scroll? I was looking into a borg warner ( http://www.agpturbo.com/borg-warner-...8-billet-64-5/ ) for the twin scroll (1.25 a/r t3 style) with this manifold since apparently precision doesnt make a 6262 twin scroll exhaust housing

Hey man, I know where the t4 manifold came from! Lol I sold it to you on eBay! lol! If I would have known you were in here I woulda sent it to you cheaper! I recognize your username! I'm doing the same thing myself... Buy a part, look at it, nah, sell it. Lol I had that manifold listed as a PFAB no one even bid on it. Listed it as a s2000 log manifold? 5 watchers in 2 hours... Smh...

I would ditch the t4 log mani and the twin scroll t3. Use an open t3 with your turbo.

Lol small world. Yea I got three manifolds now bc I buy stuff that's a good deal. I think I may end up using my AFI equal length twin scroll with a borg warner im looking at... worst case scenario I keep the 6262 and steed speed manifold for my ae86

So what brand is that manifold that i bought from you anyway? and whats that little additional port thing inbetween the flange and wastegate?

But wouldn't it be worth it to get a twin scroll for my manifold? I just sold my motorcycle so I could just buy the borg warner s364 with the twin scroll 1.25 housing. Im sure either setup would make a decent amount of power but id like to make the most hp I can without going for crazy psi.

You need a t4 flange if you are going with twin scroll. A twin scroll t3 housing is too restrictive

T3 TS is stupid
You can run open T3 on a TS T3 manifold and it won't hurt anything. Just need to run 2 gates.
