Default high compression ratios and boost ?

So I'm around 450hp on pump gas @15psi.
My current usdm motor needs replacing .
I am considering a new spoon short block off the forums and a built Alaniz Head.
The shop my car is at has access to jdm f22c's as well.
Opinions on this block/head combo for my application ?
The compression ratio of the spoon block is 11.8:1 and 11.7:1 on jdm.
Will that CR be unsafe with boost on pump gas ?
Also should I use usdm OEM head gasket and arp headstuds for this application ?
Thanks !

I am also searching for a complete USDM used motor on the forums to keep it simple.
But since my car is in the shop I need to make a decision a lot sooner that I'd prefer to.
so above are my current options.

I have a damaged block.
It's just what is available right now on the forums .
A good low mileage oem motor would probably easiest . But I haven't found one .
The car is in the shop apart awaiting my decision.
I can have the shop build my current motor for 8-10k which I'm really not that into.
So spoon block and Alaniz head are available now and seem like good parts.
I just want to make sure it will work well in my set up.
But taking any Suggestions ?

just buy a used f22c long block online. They go for about $3000. Or if you only need the block you can buy a brand new oem block straight from honda for about $3000 and you can put your current cylinder head on the new block.

I may do that . I have a few bent valves as well so i was hoping to get sort of an upgrade over the My oem with all the headache, money, and time this is costing.
I was considering the Alaniz head and inline pro block build but I've read so much about spun bearing and such people having motors built just to have them blow a few weeks or months later . Hence the reason I was thinking the spoon block . Oem but blueprinted /balanced and built for racing . Many people have said you can't match the precision /reliability that Honda engineers from the faxtor
But the higher compression worries me with boost .

I have had a built engine before. In my opinion is your under 700whp an OEM USDM f22c is the best way to go. As for the hear all you need is some good after marker spring and retainers.
