Default High RPM Break out

Hey guys I have been getting stumped on this now. i have an 08 that hasnt had any problems at lower boost levels, now for some reason when getting it tuned at 19psi from 7k up in the rpm it will just start breaking out really bad. It will hit full boost but once 7k comes around it breaks up. I have converted my fuel system to a return style, im running e85 on 2200cc injectors with a 415 e85 pump. At first I thought it could have been the coil packs but I switched them out with a buddies and the same thing happened. Any thoughts or ideas?

it is the gap between the electrode and the arm on the end of your spark plug. the closer they are the more narrow the gap is. You are blowing out your spark because the gap is too wide.

And run Iridiums. Be careful not to break the tip.

No, copper plugs aren't going to help your issue. There are those rare cases where it helped someone but its recommended especially when you're already having issue.

What size turbo?
AF ratio
Power you were making before breakup
Might be low timing
What plugs heat range?

its a precision 6266
a/f is around 11.4
it was tuned on 12 before and was fine just had to gap down the plugs and now i did boost by gear and from 3-6 gear is 19-20 psi it only starts right at 7k
plugs are bkr9's

I am honestly clueless this set up has less than 500 miles with all parts being brand new.

My next time is maybe geting the BAS

What power are you making around 18-19 psi? I was able to run the stock coils to 26 psi 670whp and a gap of .019. After that I had to run heat range 9s. I don't know even know if the BAS is helping or not at this point.
