Default HKS GT supercharger

Just curious if anyone else here was running this kit. I noticed a lot of our overseas
pals the Brits are. I haven't seen one in the US. I was curious if anyone was using
a BOV with this system. Also, as a heads up this kit can be had for $3300.00 US right now
if you buy it from Japan directly. Our dollars pretty strong. Air mailed is about $150.00
It's a pretty stellar deal for a well engineered supercharger. The Arvou S2000 isn't really running
that many modifications and has a full interior. Hard to believe it did Tsukaba in 58 seconds.
The ASM car is like $300,000 and can't run that time. I think it's because the torque produced by this
supercharger is almost double stock and has the stock HP/torque curve. For less than a
cat back, headers, and an intake this is the best bang for your buck. No other bolt on is
going to give you almost 400 horsepower. These are running high tens too. Anyways, just letting
everyone know how cheap these are at our exchange rate. Don't know how long that's gonna last.

A couple of guys related to Evasive Motorsports run them. They seem to say that it's a pretty reliable kit. It's not high horsepower, but it's reliable.

How would one purchase this kit directly from Japan?

Looks like you can get it from Nengun: http://www.nengun.com/hks/gt-supercharger-pro-kit

However, can you run this on a LHD S2K without modification? Seems like the Evasive guys had to make some modifications to the original kit in order to get it to fit on LHD...

^ good point. I'm not sure if the HKS kit on Nengun is for LHD or RHD. Price is not bad.

There is no difference in the kit. The US cars need a smaller battery regardless.

I have lots of swampland already lol. Was posting about something else. I could care less what it
does in the quarter.Going from a ig in the S2k is never a good idea.

If you're able to contact HKS directly ask them for their LHD version- yes, it does matter, and yes they make both versions.

You seem very knowledgeable on this kit. What are the differences?

Thanks
