Default hondata IMG worth it on turbosetup?

well I'm slapping a gt35r/aemems kit on my car this week. I thoguht since i've gotta take teh head off for teh 3mm headgasket, maybe i would put a hondata intake manifold gasket on too.....

think they are worth it on a setup like mine?

if it was that easy to make/save hp the factory could just as easy make this part. after time these tend to melt/deform, under boost it is one more area to be concerned of for fail. I have taken several off because of leaking.

I think it is a great idea if you are doing short runs like drag racing or auto crossing though I really can't imagine it would be worth the hassle on a street or road course car.

I'm just taking the head off do to a IP 3mm headgasket. Thought i would toss one of these one while it's easy.....

I don't track the car. Might take it to the 1/4 one night this year......

Spend the extra $40 on some porting sandpaper rolls and debur the pistons, combustion chamber and exhaust tracks. Now that is money well spent.
