Basically we outlined where we needed to cut with the turbo on (see first pic in thread). Once we had the outline, we used my friends wiz wheel (oversized dremel, really) and just cut along the outline. Wasn't too difficult... we haven't reinforced the frame yet, not sure if I'm going to. I know some people do reinforce it though, probably wouldn't be a bad idea, but not sure if it's necessary. After we cut, I used silver engine enamel high heat paint to spray where it was cut to avoid rust.
thanks!

ok look guys im the guy putting on fury's inline pro kit. all i can say is its a huge pain in the ass and u have to make all kinds of shit to make it work. blown ap as far as the cutting the frame, it wasnt bad just keep in mind that its not as easy as cutting out a square and it comes out, behind the first layer of metal is the inner structure that u have to also cut to make it all work and it sucks. if your going to do this kit u better be a welder and metal fabricator cause some of the parts need brackets made. great kit alot of good parts just not something just any joe blow should try to install. especially since theres no instructions just vague pictures.
I dont know where you get the idea of brackets and such needing to be made? You are the first person since day one saying that brackets need to be made and stuff needed to be welded...If you need any help with installing the kit please dont be afraid do give us a call or shoot us a PM just please dont come on here making a screen name like the one you did and give misleading info. Again we are more than willing to help so dont be afraid to ask for it.

fury, i totally understand the anticpation and anxiousness of getting the car up and running. Its a great feeling and joy to drive the S especially when its turbo'd you'll love it and i promise you it'll be worth the wait to drive. As far as the bolts something must have happened because we do a routine check list and go over every piece one by one until the last part is in the box and then immediatly it is sealed up and sent off for shipping. John, Ya, Christian, and myself all personally packed your kit up so i dont know how 8 eyes, 8 hands, and 4 brains couldve missed it. I by no means am i calling you a liar something must have just got lost durning shipping.
Again if there is anything you guys need help with just shoot us a PM or give us a call we are all more than willing to help. If its something urgent i will give you my personal cell phone number and help with anything i can.
