Default How many times a month do you reset your ECU?

Please list, approx # miles per month, # ECU resets, type of FI, and if EMS/VAFC.
I feel like I have to reset it almost weekly and wondering if it's time for a new O2 sensor.

Never.

I briefly ran my car without the back-up fuse so the 2 trip DTC monitors wouldn't run while fuel tuning an e-manage. The idle speed was always unstable, and the headlight on chime didn't work either. I wouldn't reccomend it.

I was losing power at the top end and it felt like it was missing a little even though the FPR was tuned to give enough fuel...

Would reset the ECU and it would get better for a time period.

Had read something about Honda having a "learning" ECU in a thread that hypothesized that it kept trying to compensate for the FI and would need periodic resetting.

I thought it was a little fishy.

I pulled my copper NGKs and they were worn (even after only a couple thousand miles).

Swapped them for an alternate brand tonight and....

VOILA! Full power (I didn't touch the ECU) again and pulls hard all the way to redline. Passed the wife-as-passenger-death-grip-on-handle test.

Problem solved.
