How much boost can i run?
10psi is the max I would go on stock internals constantly.
I'm boost at .5 kpa which is about 7.5psi now, and I'll be upping it to 8.5psi but nothing more. You'll need a headgasket if you want your engine to last any more psi then that.

I currently have the inlinePRO turbo kit with a GT3071R turbo and am boosting 9.5 psi and made 352rwhp on a dynapack (very conservative tune--rich and little ignition advance). I recently purchased some new parts from Full-Race, along with a GT3567R turbo, and at 9.5 psi I should make close to 425rwhp on the same dyno. My engine is bone stock. I did purchase an inlinePRO 3mm headgasket, but won't have it installed until I have the head built.
I don't think the question is "how much boost can I run on a stock engine" but "what is the maximum power a stock block can handle". 9 psi on a stock block with the inlinePRO kit is VERY different from 9 psi with the Full-Race kit. So, I'd think more in terms of power vice psi.
Good luck!

Thanks 2QYK4U for all the facts.its nice to talk to people who know there shit..
I've always wondered... why is it that I could say run 15 PSI with a GT35 and make X amount of hp to the wheels and if I were to switch to a GT30 I would need to run 19 PSI to make the same HP??? If the PSI into the intake manifold is the same wouldn't the HP be the same as well??? I know that is not the case but I am just curious if anyone can tell me WHY? Never can learn enough about FI IMO... LOL THANKS
