How much boost I should be having

At sea level you should be making more than 7.6 on a 4.5" pulley at 9k. I'm at 8psi and I'm 300+ meters above sea level.

You should be making about 14 psi I believe. I make about 12.5 on a 4" pulley on my AP1 with the same kit. You have belt slip or boost leak.

As for hp depends on dyno but high 300's to low 400's.

Sure, you can loose boost if its not closing for some reason. It should be open/venting at idle and hit the throttle and you should hear it close. Put your hand in front of it to help verify when its blowing.

And check all your clamps and couplers for leaks.

8k redline though right? 3.8" at 9k should be around 14 psi.

is your motor built? you should be seeing from 12-14. usually stock motor sees 14.

my motor is built and i see 12.
