I have a Vortech V2 supercharger on my AP1.
I had 550cc injectors and 4.5" pulley, and use to be making 7.6 psi
I installed 1000ccm 3.8" pulley and 4bar Map sensor
now I'm making peak exactly 10 psi
shouldn't be around 12-15?
what are the possible reasons for this low peak boost!!!!

I have an AP2, 4.5in pulley and make 9 psi with stock exhaust and 8 psi with aftermarket exhaust. You should be making 10 psi at least with the 4.5 since you rev 9krpms and 12-13 with the 3.8.

what about BOV failure?
or it has nothing to do with boost ?

 

and at like 12 psi, how many HP I should be having?
I'm still on stock exhaust,
will changing it to 70mm make a big difference?

I'm AP1 with vortech 4.5" pulley and I see 8psi in my logs. When I was using the 5" stock pulley I saw 6psi max. I have fujitsubo exhaust with HFC. Your elevation also has a playing factor of boost pressure.

but 10.7 on 3.8" isn't it low?
