For a setup with new quality components and all the install yourself. I think it will land around 10k. I spent about ~13k the first time but gets robbed by the customs when ordering from the states. Also had to tune 2 times due to one tuner that claimed experience with aem but proved completely lost.

This time I am building my own chargepipes, exhaust, manifold, return fuelsystem. Using the turbo I have and trying to sell the aem (not successful yet tho) The numbers of s2000s in sweden are so few.
Bought the Kpro, and all other small bits and pieces that adds up. Its not free to fabricate either. Materials cost.
Anyhow I estimate 6-7k this time. Injectors, clutch, fuelpump, gauges, cables and acc. hoses, relay, returnsystem stuff, stainless piping and mufflers for the exhaust build. Black piping for the manifold, stainless piping for the chargepipes. Extra silicone couplers, stainless hoose clamps.
These are just a few examples, the cost of "small items" I didn't really think of at first are already at over 1k. Its new oil, new coolant, an aluminum bung, exhaust bandage etcetcetc. The list never ends it feels like. Not to mention welding gas and other consumable tools that costs when building your own.

The good part is that the result probably will be kickass.

i have 60k in mine, but i went a bit excessive
Well you just straight up got screwed then. There is no way you have 60k in your turbo setup...no possible way.

Turbo kit...5k
Motor...5k
Trans-6-7k
Fuel and shit-2k
Exhaust-1k
Ems-1500
Clutch-1k
Random shit-3k.

So with me giving high estimates, you only at 25k. Where did the other 35k come from?

I spent a year waiting on used parts that i pieced together and i only spend about 2k full turbo kit, walbro pump, rc injectors, emanage- ultimate, and getting it tuned, i only make about 370 hp thou. i already had the clutch flywheel and exhaust like you, add them in and i am about 3800 total into the car.

Can you guys honestly say that it was all worth the money or would I be better off just spending my cash on other mods?

its all up to you really, whatever fits your needs i would say. Beside, you must ask your self "is this a good investment in the long run?", "how long will i have this car for?"... it just depends.
