Default how much does brake boosting the s help

I will be meeting up with some friends in mexico tonight and we are gonna do some quick runs just for fun on the highway. I never brake boost my car but our cars seem like they take a second to spool(im running a small scale 6262). Can you guys tell me your experience with brake boosting? So car my far doesn't have traction issues in any gear. Im hoping to get a jump with brake boost in 2nd gear.
Ill be running a new m4 with jb4, 470whp evo 8, 500whpevox, turbo fox and a built fp black evo. Im running 18psi with e85 (no dyno).

My S has 512whp and brake boosting helps a lot for me. Brake boosting is when lets say you're doing a 45mph roll. Instead of just being at 45 then mashing the throttle (which gives you turbo lag) you press the brake and the gas at the same time to put a load on the car and it spools the turbo. So if I'm going 45 I pr as the brake but oh the car slowed down to 38 id hold the brake and use as much throttle as needed to get back to 45. Then when the race starts you let off the brake and mash the throttle. Huge difference for me.

In layman's terms, the idea is to build boost while rolling prior to taking off, thus eliminating the time it takes for your turbo to spool.

You do so by slightly applying the brakes while maintaining your rolling mph pace (keeping on the throttle) prior to taking off.

Turbo guys find their sweet spot and stay at a steady speed to build up boost. Then when they start to race they floor it and have boost right away. You can tell when someone is doing this because they car is not really moving but u can hear the turbo spooling.

So i did a quick virtual dyno. It spikes to 19 and drops off to 16. Made 461whp. May hook up a boost controller and turn it up to 20 so it tapers to 18.

Boosting will help greatly especially against v8's. Raced a friends ls1 miata, without brake boosting he'd pull until about 100 or so. When brake boosting, I'd pull ahead and stay there.

It was a great night out. I ran against a jb4 m4, big turbo rx7 and a fp black evo on 30lbs (540ishwhp). Beat everyone and i was on the evos door(im faster up top). I was pretty happy with the results given that im making less power than everyone. Videos coming soon.
