Im thinking about turbo charging my s2k, how many hp can push without being afraid that the engine will blow?

with good tuning 500whp is sustainable. However, you should still be afraid its going to blow. Id say anything over 400whp is getting pretty hairy.

At 400hp, I think you'd be relegated to drag racing only. Anything over a 12-13sec burst of speed would be pushing it.

At that point, the car is totally unreliable as far as I'm concerned.

620whp+ can be done just with a 3mm headgasket.

600+ w/o internal mods has been achieved on vp, I would not recommend this.

400whp is doubling the stock horsepower output and has been done many times. Most any engine can handle a 100% increase in power, and the F20/22 is a little stronger than most engines so yeah 400-500whp is obtainable and with a good tune should be perfectly fine.
