just wondering about how much hp gain each psi is equal to.
just trying to figure out how much i wanna boost up to achieve the numbers i want..
thanks for any help given

It should be around 14- 15 hp per lb boost give or take a little. Take your baseline and subtract it from your known hp at low boost then divide that hp by that lower boost.
With headwork it may be higher and with a thick head gasket it may be a lower number.

HP/psi numbers are influenced mainly by the dynamics of the head. All stock S2000 motors should have almost identical HP/psi numbers. The reason a good turbo system has a higher number is because there is much less parasitic drag on the motor. A Comptech supercharged engine and a Lovefab turbocharged engine will both produce the same HP/psi numbers, but the Comptech will eat a certain amount of power in spinning the charger.

That drag is about 70 hp at max impeller speed with the Vortech V2 SQ SC. I have not seen numbers published for the Comptech.

Interesting point but so off topic.
