Default How are these numbers on my new proj?

2mm Cometic Headgasket, Cold Air, otherwise stock.

Are these numbers too low because of running way too rich in VTEC? 2mm HG? DynoDynamics being prone to lower readings?

This is at 6 psi (intake psi, 7psi spring).

Again, I was expecting a bit higher numbers.
Does 243HP at 6 psi on Emanage Blue sound good on DynoDynamics?

BTW, Thai at C-SENG 1320 is a kick-ass guy, know what he's doing, did a good job. He's in Spartanburg, SC.

I have on :

Emanage Blue w/ Greddy pressure sensor
Innovate LC-1 Wideband
.63AR Hot/.50AR cold turbo
RC 550cc/min injectors w/clips, washers for spacers.
2mm Headgasket.
3 inch custom Dual exhaust, no Cat, cat-less CEL fix.
PrecisionPro intercooler, log manifold.
Missing link under MAP (Boost Cut didn't work at 2.6V, 2.85V, 2.9V).

Can ya'll chime in, what are your opinions, are the numbers too low?
I got a bit of a hesitation at about 4000rpm, prolly because of Emanage Blue's limitations. full boost at like 3500.

I do know DynoDynamics dynos read a bit lower, I heard like 13%.

AFRs are fine, I guess, around 11.2-11.5 under load. Any opinions on HP numbers? Thanks.

what is the setup?
Why 2mm head gasket and only 6psi? couldn't you turn it up more?
What is the first graph?

with the numbers being low i'll take a wild guess in it being 'cause you lowered the compression with the 2mm gasket and you are only boosting 6psi. stock compression with similiar psi usually results in about 300 whp, right? like olegator said, turn up the boost!

Yeah, stupid me forgot to install/take the little manual boost controller before tuning! I've already ordered and received a .7bar (10.xxpsi) spring. Just can't trust the manual boost controller, if it creeps, I'll lose the engine. Emanage won't be any help, neither.

This is my first turbo project, wanted to take it easy and safe the first try around, and see what happens.

The first graph is stock engine with just a 2mm headgasket and a CAI.
That's the baserun before turboing, for delta.

I ran hallman manual boost controller, no problems so far.
Looks like you taking it safe.....good strategy, in retrospect 242hp for 6psi and 2mm head gasket seem like healthy numbers.
The reason you might have problems with emanage though is because it's a piggiback and the result is that your computer might be freaking out a bit due to the headgasket. (piggibacks are perfect if you have stock internals, this way oem ecu still runs like it's supposed to when you off boost )

You gained 85 whp at 6 psi. That's about right for a basic setup.

The HP look about right for your set up but you really need to turn it up if you want more HP, at about 10-11 HP per PSI you could go up to 14psi if your turbo could handle it (looks a bit small not sure) so you may have like 70-80 more HP left. But you'll need to upgrade your injectors and EMS. Looks like a good daily driver system with quick spool up and mid range power. It may run out up top if your looking for big numbers but that might not be your goal.

its falling off up top a lot, i would try to keep the power moving upward in the upper rpms. Not sure if this is because the turbo is undersized, but at 6psi it shouldnt be!

what correction was he running on the dyno.

Looks like none, possibly did not even have environmental correction turned on.

Most Dyno dynamics operators usally run 7-9% correction in addition to the environmental correction.

With only environmental turned on; no external/additional correction

For reference I made 240wtq and 330whp (slipping clutch up top) at 6psi with the Roots supercharger.
