Default How's it hanging?

It's been a while, thought I'd check in and see how everyone is doing. I still stick my nose in here every once in a while to see what sorta chaos and record breaking setups are posted.

I worked on the car for the first time this year, which has NEVER happened in the past 10 years. I have always had A car on the road by May 1st, to say I'm behind is an understatement.

She is ready to turn over, motor has been back together since last Novemeber, just wasn't sure the direction I wanted to take it, and of course buying a house has completely gotten in the way.

Here is how she sits as of Saturday. All buttoned up, just needs the hood/fenders/bumper and some wiring to finish it out.

Gonna try to get a dyno appt over the next month to get it out at least a few days before fall/winter hits.




I'm thinking of stopping @ 600whp on pump w/the meth injection, and then see how she runs, and will evaluate my setup over this winter once I'm completely moved in the house and see where I wanna take it.

At this point, I just want to get it on the road, even if it's not making 700-800whp anymore.

Good to see you post on here! Whatever you do, dont push it to hard, I would hate to see you go though all this again and have more problems

Yeah I totally missed that. Dude scrap the meth. Pump tune and race gas tune.

It's hard to get race gas around here, hence the meth.

600whp should be a pretty easy goal. Otherwise it's 500whp or so pushing it on 93.
