Default I keep losing bolts like an 82 Buick help!

Hey just wanted to find out what you guys are putting on your bolts on your turbo manifold, ive tried new bolts, lockwashers and tightened the crap out of them but they still rattle loose. The most popular ones going missing have been the turbo to manifold 3/8 inch bolts. Should I put some sort of temporary locktight on here or will it just melt with the heat?

I trust you're not using 3/8 inch bolts? They are 12mm metric studs and nuts.

Well I am actually using 3/8 bolts, I tried bolts with 14mm heads and they seems really sloppy...? I figured with all the bolts on the turbo being imperial they would use imperial as well?

And then my wastegate likes (8mm threads) like what the hell cant they keep it all the same?

Oh sorry, I thought you meant bolting the manifold to the head.

It'll melt right off, just tack weld them and be done with them.
Use a grinder to take them out.
I also had that same problem and had them tack welded the problem never came back

Drop by your Nissan dealer and order their turbo studs, nuts and lock tabs. You will never loose or stretch a nut/stud again

"Stage 8" sells abutment fasteners for exhaust systems. They can not come loose once the tabs are installed. They have many different applications and will help you over the phone. Stage 8
