Thanks for the advise everyone!!
Any thoughts on heat treating and quenching manifold after welding repairs to re-gain strength back?
Any reliability issues with the cast manifolds long term such as rev hard or inline pro? I know in the past cast mani's were cracking but that was probably back in the 90's?(drag&revhard for b series)
Realistically Im looking to achieve 450-500hp with long term relaibility mostly street driven with an occasional HPDE. Maybe evolve into TT racing. I know, I know, turbo and reliability is a fine line especially when tracking. Ive put alot of time and effort into my setup im not to sure I wanna give up just yet.
Ideally i would like Full Race or Mase. But times are tough and the cast stuff is cheap.
Any opinions on the TD Autowerkes manifold? Pfab ELT?
Any Full Race or Mase vendors out there? PM on "special" price???

I run a full-race myself and only issue I have is boost creep but you wouldnt have same issues with a smaller turbo. I dont ever see this many cracking either. Email full-race directly and see what kinda deal you can work out the guys are awesome

IMO ALL sidewinders will eventually crack, it's just the nature of the beast.
I'd go with something like fullrace if I was you.
You'd think, but if it's braced properly I don't see it being a problem.

Guess I'll find out, lol.

i would look at something like forged performance, their manifold has very similar turbo placement as urs, also mase would work good for u too, that way u wont have to replace everything

I have seen pictures of them crack, especially where the wastegate is welded on..

ALL of the other sidewinders have cracked also, people just dont go putting that stuff on the boards for people to see.

I was considering the Forged, but I would stay away from that. Heat is going to be a nightmare with that manifold and vibration?? Supposedly there isn't any but it's hard to believe.

FOR the OP, go full race or even a log like the Inline Pro (Better than the Revhard) if you want reliability. I currently run the Inline pro log kit and its is VERY reliable and it will NOT crack.

Again, thanks for the advise everyone. I will try and get pictures up this weekend if I can. I started looking at forged performance and they also have a ramhorn manifold besides the sidewinder they just released and it looks to be reasonably priced. I want to do a little more research but Im leaning towards their ramhorn, at $650 and lifetime warranty thats pretty hard to beat.

N/A is boring. If you are not ready to dump the money into a new manifold I would repair and see how much you could squeeze out of it, but ultimately, it sounds like your going to need a new manifold. just get an AFI mani
I agreee my afi mani has never cracked on me
