IACV pipes and FBM AP1
Not sure if this has been covered before, but cant seem to find anything on here from the search function.
Basically wanting to know what people have done with their IACV hoses? I have a FBM and skunk2 74mm throttle body, the throttle body isnt water cooled so I need to go from the IACV back into the manifold but the FBM doesn't have the pipe (like the oem intake) for the IACV hose only the bleeder?
So basically at the moment I have an open coolant line with no return from the IACV.
Or is it wise to just blank both sides of the IACV and run no coolant through it? Its not overly cold here in the UK and the car will only be used in the dry days.
Thanks in advance.

Same setup here too but with the skunk2 throttle body. (no coolant) I blocked off the coolant nipple down by the lower rad hose on the block, and just use the breather port on the front of the intake. So no coolant lines going to the IACV at all, but I don't run the car in freezing temps. That's all the coolant lines are doing is keeping the throttle body and IACV noid from sticking in freezing conditions. If you are just using your car on warm days, you'll actually gain a little bit of power by running no coolant lines to your throttle body as you're not heating up the intake temps. Not sure what TB you are using but hope that answers your question. My car doesn't see below 10*C though.
Excellent thanks for the replies guys.
I'm just going to delete the coolant line then I guess and cap off the IACV ports.
Hopefully should be sweet and no problems at all.
I'm using the skunk2 74mm black, so will be the exact same setup.
Hopefully I can get it all plumbed in
