Ian's Turbo Build
Does anyone know if it would be worth the $250 for the standard compressor housing with the 4" inlet and 2.5" discharge versus the Hi-Fi I have now with 2.75" inlet, and 2" discharge? Piping change wouldn't cost me nearly anything so maybe all done for $300 for the change.
This is the turbo, Turbonetics 60-1 F1-62 .58 A/R with Hi-Fi (2.75" inlet, 2" discharge) compressor housing that if someone thinks it will help I will go to the standard (4" inlet, 2.5" discharge) compressor housing.

i think a 4" inlet on that turbo is overkill, but i dont know what the a/r rating on that housing will be either.
your mani looks like a bottom mount mani anyway - would that bigger housing even fit on the car?

On the speedcraft manifold the highest I've seen is 525 @ 22psi. Increasing the boost to 25psi gained no power with the IAT rise. The manifold is made from stainless weld pipe bends, not quite the same as your Lovefab GT1
