from what i have seen, the honda sensor will start changing immediate; however, if there is a big temp swing it will take the honda sensor a while to fully register it.

ie. if its a constant 100deg, then suddenly drops to 50deg, the honda sensor ill start reading a lower temp but take a long time to actually get down to 50 deg. the GM sensor is much quicker to fully register the entire change.

That's what i'm seeing and your explanation makes sense of what we are both seeing.

The results of my testing are on high boost turbo applications where there is a pretty good swing in temp through a run.

usually on the dyno ill see the temps drop then after full boost comes in the temps will come back up.. i dont ever get to tune bad ass shit like you tony.. lol, noone around here ever puts that $ into their mess unless they are shop owners or the like.
