Coolberg, mind sharing pix, please? Or maybe which grommet you used?

 

There is a picture a little further up in this thread. My friend is an electrician and supplied the grommet. I don't know which size we used as we tested several before we found one that fit perfectly. The trick is to drill the right size hole and find a grommet that suits the thickness of the aftercooler.

Where was your IAT sensor before? I have mines on the intake side before the blower, wondering if I should move it as well to the cooler, currently getting oil mist coming out of my BOV so I will most likely pull the cooler soon anyway and clean it all out then the blower to check for any play or issues there.

 

Where is the best place to relocate the IAT. In have an 06+
