Is the T1 sensor worth the extra money over the gm sensor?

I would move to charge pipe, the sensor reacts fairly quickly not as slow as some suggest. for instance If I sit at a light it will rise of course right, but If I sit at a light with AC on and the Fans shooting that hot air onto it, it climbs even faster. I have actually been able to see the difference in reaction from the two. That tells me it has between fairly and good response. I think alot of people get caught up on it NEEDing to be 100% responsive but really you should concentrate on being able to cool it down after a heatsoak. no one wants one good pull and then not being able to control a Good or moderate temp.

Best mod thus far excluding turbo kit lol, DIY hood vents and under car air dam! infront of Rad. with those two I could of probably pulled off a stock radiator with my setup. But I also dont have a forward facing manifold that put a giant fire ball just behind a rad. and inches away from a Charge pipe. so youll really have to get creative and try to think about supporting mods and whats gonna do the best (whats bling, and what gets the job done right)
not sure what you have but just saying keep in mind (IF) but I think mods like that are still very beneficial even if so.

Forgot to mention above the air at temperature is moving VERY quickly at and even faster as rpms rise IAT sensors on manis are deffly heat soaked tremendously the air cant be soaking it that fast. I also have a Hondata intake heat shield Best $50-$60 dollars youll ever spend on a mod.

I dont think you should have any real problems between IAT sensor and idle in the first place. If your idle is suffering Something else needs to be calculated.

I dont think so, a good tuner would have inputed pretty accurate #'s If it skyrockets in the charge pipe its no different then skyrocketing on the mani its just gonna have no fuel correction longer as it takes a little bit longer to hit those higher IATs
