Default Id 1000 + aeromotive 340lph capability

Hello,

I have a pfabrication stage 2 kit (Gt3582R) with a built engine 9:1 compression and id 1000's. 3 years ago when I built the car I installed a walbro 255pump with a kenne bell boost a pump. At 1.5bar I was 565whp on a dynojet dyno that time. Recently I had a problem with my fuel pressure regulator so I change it and together with this job I found the chance to remove the kenne bell and the walbro and install an aeromotive 340lph pump. I have done only street tuning since then with my tuner and at 1.6 bar my id's duty cycle reach 95%. Haven't been to the dyno yet but it seems strange to me to max out my Id's at this boost level. So do you believe my id's 1000 are maxed out or something is wrong with the pump and they are maxed out from not enough fuel? Or something else might be the problem? To be honest haven't heard good things for the aeromotive 340lph pump but I had it since when it first came out waiting to be installed. I would appreciate any help

What is your base fuel pressure?

What is your base fuel pressure? ID's are good for just over 650whp on gas so you might be getting close with that pump if the pressure is low.

Also forgot to mention that the pump is hardwired with the battery so voltage is ok. Although the strange thing is that the voltage I measured to the pump under boost with a voltage meter is greater with what I see in AEM logfile when I log battery voltage

Turn up the fuel pressure. No reason you couldn’t reliably bump it up another "bar" with those injectors. That should relive a good % of your max duty if your worried about it. Other wise that seems pretty normal to me considering the set up. I don’t think there is anything wrong with your fuel pump. If you change your fuel pressure your going to need a retune though, so keep that in mind.

Is the pump rewired directly at the pump terminals inside the housing, bypassing ALL stock wiring? If not, this could be your issue.

Were you measuring voltage after the relay?
