you talking about a stroker motor? if you make 500whp instead of 600whp but make 100 more wtq i gurantee the car will be more fun! so go for it if youre getting it built anyway

Much cheaper route is the OEM stroker kit. k24 crank, h22 pistons.
Or just use the k24 crank, k1 technology rods (specifically designed for the oem stroker kit) comes with forged rods already and are machined to fit the k24 crank.
and mahle gold series 87mm pistons. Throw a turbo and youll make a shit tons of tq. I just made 254tq on 9psi on 91.
Imagine 15+psi and e85.

Crank-$700
rods (oem)-$150
pistons (oem)-$54

how much are these K1 rods?
I know Inline sells rods now for the K24 crank but they are 700 or so for a set.

There website doesnt show prices. Its a swedish company. So contacting them is probably the best way to get a price. But the k1 rods are specifically designed for the OEM stroker kit that Design Craft made. k24 rods arent used in the oem stroker kit

What does the compression ratio end up being on the Inline Pro motor? Is it a sleeved block? I already have a sleeved block and 9:1 compression pistons.

if you beat on the car such as i do then use a stock f22 or f20 crank.. it will last alot longer.

and dont use h22 pistons, they are sooooo fn wrong for this application its not funny.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and suggestions, I went to inlinePRO yesterday and dropped off my engine. I got a chance to meet Tom and some of the other guys that work there. I wanted to meet Jeremy but It took me longer to get there then I thought it would. So Jeremy had already left for the day. Anyway got a nice tour of the shop and got to watch the shop in action. They had a car on the dyno pretty nice integra and it was making over 400hp! I also saw a couple of S2000's on the lifts getting turbo kits installed not to mention some fabrication work being done. It pretty cool like the first thing you see when you walk in the shop is like 100 trophies 3 feet tall sitting on the counter

Anyway I talked with Tom again and decided to go with there F24 package which uses the OEM FRP Cylinders and replaces all the internal components of the engine including a custom stroker crank. My only concern is that my one cylinder is scored I think its pretty bad score but Tom didn't seem to worried about it. Jeremy will have to look at it and see if the block I have can be bored and honed to accept the internal components.

So I'm waiting to hear from inlinePRO if we can use my block, I hope so because after talking with inlinePRO and Jeff Evans I feel like this is best of both worlds when it comes to building an engine. You get the better internals and still retain the stock cylinders Plus with the stroker option it should help my turbo spool better and thus making good Hp and Tq at a lower Psi.

Thanks Tom for posting up the dyno sheet I was going to post up the numbers from that setup we talked about for everyone to see but the dyno sheets are better.
