According to mase, i was having boost creep after 17 PSi , he told me most likely it was the manifold design. I made the same power in Co 7000ft of altitude with 91 oct =/

Precision 6262 would help for more power, better manifold, or more boost/meth. I would go with meth myself, then you can really push it on pump.

What Compression ratio are you running?

Are you sure everything is 100% in the motor and you don't have any boost leaks, the intercooler is flowing perfectly, the manifold matched up to the head properly....

Why did he stop at 17PSI, where you having issues?

Which GT35R?

If you are running 9:1 or so you should be able to get to 20PSI on pump and 25 or so on meth. I am running 19.5-20.5 in my old ladies STI on pump with a less inefficient turbo and intercooler.

I would not replace the manifold until you do some EMAP and EGT logging.
