dsddcd: laskey racing build block so 9:1, how can i tell if the intercooler is flowing perfectly? i don't think i have any leaks.

i have the Precision GT35R

Mase stooped at 17 psi, because i was having boost creep after that and he could nor control the boost.

TRBOKEV: i was on dyno dynamics

Why change the turbo, i seen people running 500+ with this turbo.

dsddcd: how can i pull a EGT log, i have a EGT sensor hook up to the ECU.

well, in most cases, you can add 10% or more to that nmber. dyno dynamics, when in a non corrected mode, can read 10%+ low. not sure if that helps.

underpressure made 550 on a land and sea dyno, i ahev no idea how that compares, but his was done at 18psi. so possibly, that manifold does have problems beyond that boost level.

honestly, i would swap for EL mani, 6262 turbola and bigger injectors. then a nice 500ish pump, and 650-700 e85

that should keep u busy

I know you probably know this but a GT35R comes in lots of different flavors. Presision on the other hand uses the Garrett center section but changes a lot of other things.

Since the car was creeping it sounds like you need to work out that issue. Did Mase make any sugestions such as a differnt wastegate, dump tube.......... If you can solve that issue you will probably make great power.

If the intercooler wahad problems you would see a large differential pressure accros the core but that is not real likley. The IC piping is a more likely source of issues but I would not worry about that either.

What are you using for a WG and dump tube?

i seen more guys with the same mani pulling 480+ ( same turbo too )

Looks like the solution is a new mani.

that means mani, down pipe, re route IC piping, coolant lines, ETC

More boost or a bigger turbo.

There was a guy locally with that same manifold and a Garrett GT35R that made just over 600whp. I think he was up around 28-30psi and had race gas to get those numbers. Lovefab mini-me is an overpriced piece of crap honestly.

Edit : Just checked that manifold is 1200 new. I got a pfab ELTM for 1000 and its far better than that mini-me. Sell the lovefab stuff and get something like full-race or pfab and I bet youll pull really good numbers. Hell lovefab's BUDGET s2k turbo kit is 7000...lol I dont know what kind of budget that is.

since mase tuned it, we can't accuse the problem is tuning hahahah. Get a Full-Race manifold and you will make 80+ hp.

Mase tunes his cars on the same dyno my tuner uses. and im making over 500 with that same turbo AND i don't even have a 3 inch exhaust.
