I think T1 is ID... same company sorta? I know the contact phone number on the ID website and the T1 website are the same. Just call them up and they will get you all sorted.

Thanks. Was just confused about AZ in your post. I'm local to T1 and they are in TX. Just gonna drop by with injectors.

I called them a few weeks ago and immediately spoke to Andrew Campbell who remained my contact throughout the whole process. He explained how the process worked and followed up with a comprehensive email that made the process painless.

I sent my injectors out UPS Ground and received notification from UPS that they arrived at the ID facility in Arizona at 1:32 PM EST today. Less than 3 hours later I received an email from another ID service member at that facility letting me know that they had received my injectors. Then at 6:19 PM EST I received the completed flow test results from Andrew with a follow-up phone call a few minutes later.

He explained the results in detail, going over what their criteria are for matching injectors before selling them as a set, as well as criteria for "passing" flow testing. He made recommendations for my fuel setup based on the information at hand, and covered everything in a manner that I could easily understand. I was able to pay over the phone, and he was going to call the guys in AZ to get my injectors out via UPS Ground before the end of the day. Amazing.

So in less than 6 hours, my injectors arrived, were processed, cleaned, and flow tested, then sent back out the door. You can't get any better than that. And for $60 to boot. Plus the excellent customer service and constant contact that they maintained with me during the entire process. I honestly couldn't be happier with this experience with them.

Just wanted to pass along the good review, and to show why ID's are easily worth the money.
Just came across this post, and wanted to say thank you. Andrew is very good at his job and we have some great guys over at our facility in Arizona as well. I am sending this link over to Andrew and Tony just to make sure they saw this.

I am the Project Manager at T1 so let me clear this up. We are the face of Injector Dynamics and handle all of the sales, packaging, shipping, customer relations, and a portion of R&D. Our facility outside of Dallas is where all of that takes place, but our site in Arizona is where all the injectors are received from Bosch, modified, dynamically matched, and serviced.

Correct. We have five capable people answering the phones that can help you out at any time 8-5 Monday through Friday.

Feel free to come by the shop and check out our operation, as well as the numerous ridiculous R35's we have there 24/7. However, the injectors will not be serviced there and need to be sent into our Arizona location. All of the information pertaining to cleaning an inspection can be found here:

I've got nothing but great things to say about Andrews customer service. This is my second time dealing with him in the last 6 months or so and he has been on his game both times resolving my issues (leaking ID2000's this time) with in 24 hours. It's hard to find that in the automotive industry now days. Thanks again guys!
