I will be replacing the log style exhaust manifold with a Revhard on my S2k this winter. I will also be relocating the wastegate to a better location. I am running 6psi on the car now and the guy I bought it from said it dynoed at 285HP with this setup. I am going to have the car in for some more tuning next spring and would like to run a little more boost so I can make 350HP at the wheels. I have the AEM EMS to tune it. Do you think my 550 injectors will get me to 350HP?

 

no, find a set of 750's -

 

Yes, your 550cc injectors will work for 350whp, but you will be near maxing them out.

 

By my calculations this will put you right at 85% duty cycle if you run a 60 PSI differential. I would probably breakdown and buy a set of 750cc and give your self some head room.

 

Thanks for the help. Looks like I will be buying some new injectors. I don't want to take any chances of maxing out the fuel.

No it isn't. I have had turbo Hondas for years but they all were ZC and D-series motors. We just ran 450cc injectors most of the time in them.

 

yah, go for 750s you could probably get away with the 550s but its better to have the room to play and better be safe than sorry having to buy 750s afterwards
