Default Injectors still useable?

hey i have a set of rc 550 injectors that seem to be cracked..dont know much about injectors themselves..i just wanted to see if they are useable or not

To be honest I would either get your money back if you can, or just get better ones. If you are going for FI 550 is bare minnimum from what I've read. I have them right now myself, and probably just have the greddy kit or some variant on it. If you are upgrading anything, I would get new and larger injectors.

Should be an O-ring where that groove is on the tip... Never seen them look like that.

i think u have it mistaklen this is the other side of the injector..all four have the orings on the other side closer to where the clip is

No... I'm sure I had o-rings on both sides... input and output.

I dont think there is a small oring that goes on the spray nozzle tip of the injector. It wouldnt seal on anything in the intake manifold. Only one or two large orings are used on the mid area to seal.

That crap thats broken on the end I dont think will hurt anything in the way they work. The spray pattern is internal. If it were me, I'd just break the rest of it off and do the same on all of them so nothing will come off and go into the engine.

Yeah, it may have been 2 large ones on the mid portion. I've forgotten and I just installed it at the end of march...

haha thnx spoolin...yea afs2k lol i cant remember what i ate for lunch ..anyways i think the o ring situation is fine...If one more person tells me that they are fine to run then im good to go
