Injectors still useable?

I dont think there is a small oring that goes on the spray nozzle tip of the injector. It wouldnt seal on anything in the intake manifold. Only one or two large orings are used on the mid area to seal.
That crap thats broken on the end I dont think will hurt anything in the way they work. The spray pattern is internal. If it were me, I'd just break the rest of it off and do the same on all of them so nothing will come off and go into the engine.

^^I didnt say to reuse them with orings on the tips, I said that the tips of the injectors dont use an oring with our intake manifold. The only orings used are at the mid section of the injector, the large orings and 2 are supposed to be used.
As for the plastic piece on the tip, it can be broken off the rest of the way without hurting any other parts of the injector housing. The RC1000's dont even have this plastic covering on them so I dont see any problem with removing it. All you have to do is take a straight edge razor and score all the way around the plastic at the furthest lip point that the plastic connects to the body of the injector and break the tip part off.
rsx, can you show a picture of one of your injectors that doesnt have the plastic broken? Kind of like the last picture you posted but pointing a little more at the front of the tip so we can see how it looks with the full plastic in tact.

Thanks. Now looking at how that plastic tip is on the injector, its possible that the broken piece and removing it from the other injectors may cause a bad spray pattern but I'm not too sure. I wasnt aware that the plastic tips went that far into the spray area. You may want to go ahead and contact RC and show them the pictures and see what they say. They may even take these in for a trade on some new ones and give you a discount if they say they shouldnt be used.
