Default Inlet daimeter vs. Housing diameter

I'm a little confused. I'm looking at GT35Rs and I noticed that some mention the inlet size and some mention the housing inlet size. Are they the same?

Also, I've read that for s2000s, it is recommended to run a .60-.62a/r - this is for the inlet correct? What about for the "exit side" ?

Thanks

You have two A/R's on a turbo, the compressor housing and exhaust housing. Common A/R (for a GT35R) on the compressor is .70 (which is a T04S housing) and a .63 A/R exhaust housing. You may also go to a .84 housing for extra flow capability, but will sacrafice a little low end.
