inline pro oil relocation kit

inline pro oil relocation kit
i just noticed when i changed my oil that the studs that hold the oil relocation kit in place dont screw into my block they are too short. are these bolts i can run to home depot and get because they are the inline pro bolts i dont know why there not screwing in??
