Default Inline Pro Stage 1 vs Full-Blown Turbo Kit

I'm considering joining the dark side and going turbo soon. I'm not looking for crazy power, approximately 400-450whp with a good wide power band. I've been doing a lot of research and narrowed down to the Inline Pro Stage 1 or the Full-Blown Stage 1 kit.

I know there are other kits out there as well but these fit within my price range. Any opinions or help would be much appreciated!

I have bought the fullblown stage 1 kit cuz my goal is same as yours ... 400 to 450 whp , my car is getting tunned right now cant wait to drive it ... been waiting for a whole month for the installation cuz this tunner is "busy" with the other racing cars

from what I heard ... the inline pro will get you only 330 whp with lots of moddifications to reach the 300+

FullBlown FTW, there is always pfab as well, outside of full race the quality of both these shops IMO is top notch, and both offer great customer service and are always willing to lend a hand! LJ and Pang FTW!

Inline pro stage 1 is a log manifold.you need to run more boost to get higher hp. More boost means thinker head gasket. Stick with stock HG and get a nice equal length manifold. You'll need less boost to make the same hp.

Full blown stage 1 is log too.. For his power goals a log is fine, but I would agree to spend the extra for the tubular as well, my log was far too unresponsive to me, I did make 500whp on e85 with a little 5857 tho

Im debating doing the same thing. Either the Inline pro stage 1 or Full Blown Stage 1. I have been seeing more and more people go with Full blowns stage one kit rather than Inline Pros. Inline pros stage 2 kit is very popular though.

Speaking from experience with the inline pro stage 1 installed on my S, I can vouch for them. The turbo system has been great. Only issue was the bolts from the waste gate coming out after a while. I switched out the bolts and put some thread lock and that seems to have resolved it. I had 359 to the wheels with 10.8 psi. Now I boosted it up to around 14 psi so I would guess im around 380-400 to the wheeels. My car is completely stock with the old banjo bolts. Just make sure you check the oil every time you fill up the gas tank.
