INline pro Turbo
hey. i do not own a s2k but my friend owns one. its the 04 2.2 liter s2k. hes looking into boosting his car. he looked at inline pro turbo kit which cost nearly 6000. what kind of turbo are you guys running? whats the bang for the buck. i know revhard makes good turbo for b series but im so sure about s2k. post some turbo you guys recommand. he does not want to customize it himself or buy new internals since the car is already new.,
I went with the Ultimate Racing kit and love it...
Alot of people are going with the lovefab kit and have heard very good things with that as well...
Its all up to what he wants to do.. everyone has different opinions here..

Alright, I'm only writing this because of the title of the thread. I'll lay out the "facts" as shown on inline PRO's website:
450 rwhp +/-
270 tq +/-
Stock ECU
inlinePRO Map Defensor
inlinePRO 625 cc Flow-Matched Injectors
inlinePRO 255 lph High-Flow Fuelpump
AFC Fuel Controller * FMU (12:1 Ratio)
18psi
93 octane gas
OK, I don't know about you, but if that's all they've done to the car (with the obvious addition of their kit) then that would make the effective compression ratio 24.5:1. If that is on a stock motor... All I can say is
Boom
They are fabricators alright... fabricators of BS

One more thing... with a 12:1 FMU the fuel pressure at 18psi of boost would be well over 120psi in lines that are designed to run at or about 46psi +/-
