I just got a ride/had a chance to drive the Inline Pro S2000 that pruduced the dyno chart on their website. It has been upgraded with a ball bearing 35R turbo and a much larger intercooler. It was in a "detuned" state putting out in excess of 450 whp (down from 550).

MY GOODNESS. Absolutely INSANE. Felt about the same as a stock S2000 below 4000 rpm due to the lowered compression ratio but above....lets just say I was scared. There just isnt enough road in most places to take full advantage of that car. The owner let his buddy borrow it last weekend and he handily dusted a Viper from a light.

I am SO jealous of you turbo guys.

Turbo s2000 is one sweet thing. I have no idea about the GT35R, but my GT30R pulls from very low rpm and does not "kick in" as a normal turbo car. Should come like this from the factory!

 

let me know when you want to ride in a real turbo car.... they always say that it is detuned.... they lie soo much... I have no respect for them.... 550whp...lol.... I have 704 for right now next time your arround let me know I will let you ride in mine and you can see how much better a REAL TUNED and Real Car should drive..... They make a good kit but they can not tune a car

 

You have a fully built engine. All they did was add the thicker head gasket. They were also on pump gas.

What basis do you have in saying that InlinePro can't tune well?

 

Are they still tuning on VAFC?

 

The car was running an AEM. Their website is out of date. They are in the process of setting a new price that includes the AEM EMS. Probably around 6,000 for the kit+management.

 

Whatever...am I hearing you correctly? A 450 whp s2000 isnt a "real car". If we dont have over 700 whp I guess they are just toys? I bet you were a pleasure on the playground.

 

I think he's just pissed about the bad experience he's had with them...

I did have a bad time with them but its over now.... as for them not knowing how to tune.. look at seans car he is on his 5th motor because of them. And no I did not mean if you only have 400-500 hp that your car is not cool.... I drive arround at 559hp so my car is not always 704hp. I also think they are dicks becuase I wanted to buy a 2.5 crank and they would not let me because they said that they knew what I was trying to do so no they would not sell it to me ... they make good parts but they are not that cool

 

They wouldn't sell you the crank alone? That is pretty shitty.

The guy with the blown motor...how was he tuning his car? Certainly not with an FMU right?
