I have the Inlinepro r200 diff, axle, and drive shaft conversion kit on my s2k. It seems recently my axle nuts keep loosening on both sides even though they are torqued to the proper spec. Anyone having this problem and if so have you found a solution? Should I just throw an air gun at them and knock it up to like 400 lbs?

 

I didn't have anything that could measure as high as the "proper spec", so thats what I did. No idea what they're torqued to, but its definitely enough, lol. Seems to be working fine for me.

 

It is a 20 something mm bolt, so I have to assume it can withstand a good amount of torque. I believe the helms manual calls for ~230lbs but that's obviously not working...

 

Yep, my tuner and my friends and I came to the same conclusion. Like I said, seemed to stand up fine to the air gun and I haven't had any problems since.
