Default inlinepro fuel rail question

What size is the injector bung supposed to be on this rail? Measuring thestock 07 rail vs this one its over an 1/8th or more difference.

I cannot put my id 1000's in, yet I can put them in with my stock rail... Its like 7/16 vs 9/16.

I am going to measure with a caliper tonight at work to verify im not crazy.

So what size are your guys rails?

I am trying to put my return fuel line on so I can go over 400whp.... And what a pain in the a** it is btw!

THanks

I have the ID 1000's and they did fit in the IP rail. It's tight but they do go in.

It came with their 06+ returnless fuel line kit. I am adding their bolt on kit...

It will bolt onto the fuel rail stud but the injectors will not. I'm going to be calling them tomorrow.

You may have just gotten ahold of a rail that they missed seeing that the bore size for the injectors wasnt correct. I'm sure Ya will get it straightened out.

So after talking to inline pro they designed this rail for 11mm injectors for some reason.. So now I have to call t1 and see if he has the adapters and pay to get them here asap...

They need to put this info on their website.. What a pain in my a.....

That sucks. I wonder why they did it that way? I would think they would offer it either way and ask which you want when you order or just leave it the same size as stock.

I figured they would be the same as stock so I never even checked till I was going to finish the install.

It was too late to call tony at t1 so first thing in the am I am going to call him.

I want to get this fuel system primed and checked for leaks so I can check it off my list and move on to making the intercooler pipiing and little stuff.
