Default inlinepro guys how much room from the hotside

I am curious as to how much room you have between the hotside of your turbo housing and the moutor mount/motor mount housing? I have less then 3/8 of an inch and am wondering if this could be causing the grinding sound I hear upon acceleration and during left turns.

I viewed it twice and my kit is sitting in my living room so you can deduct 2.

I have the SC61 its a pretty big turbo. I may have to downsize at least on the hot side. I am hoping not to though
