Default Inlinepro installing labor and tune

I am asking local shops to install my inlinepro stage 1 kit
And so far two shop quoted me around 1.5k for installin and
600 for tuning
It is very higher than I expected i understand it's more work than installing supercharger but I have seen people installing SC for under 1 k is this normal ? Or I should look for other shops ??

$1500 + $600 is insane. Check your local forum section n ask who others have used.

Tuning price isn't unreasonable, imo. Install seems a little high, but I'm not familiar with the install on that kit. Also, are you having anything else installed with it, such as clutch, gauges, exhaust, etc?

$500-$700 for a Dyno tune via a ems is pretty standard. But $1500 for a bolt in turbo kit is a rip off unless they are also installing a clutch, gauges and custom fabrications an downpipes/ exhaust solution.

Tuning price seems reasonable. Install looks appropriate if you're getting other things installed besides the kit like clutch, gauges, etc

I will agree with everyone else. That install price is crazy for just a turbo kit, and that tune price is reasonable, but I don't think I would want a tune from a shop that wants to charge $1,500 for a simple turbo kit install.

I think PTuning charges a insane amount for installing there kit. The tuning price is reasonable for tuning. Inline pro charges the same.

all of the top shops you guys are talking about charges between $1200-$2000 for a turbo or supercharger install. But an average performance shop should not be charging more than $1000. about 10 hours labor.
