Inlinepro installing labor and tune
realistic here. If the kit is truely bolt in with no custom fab work or welding and you cant install it. You should not be boosting your car. You will be crying every time you have to pay for labor what any small thing goes wrong. Things will go wrong. You will have to be jacking up you car and will have to be working on it on a regular bases.
Just install it your self. A standard log manifold inline pro kit is very easy to install and theirs really not much to it because nothing needs to be relocated besides the oil filter.

I dont think the rate is outrageous at all. There is alot of work involved in this and 10 hours at standard shop rates is fair. $600 for the tune is your standard single stand alone tuning rate. When you think about all the things that need to be installed $1500 makes sense. Turbo kit(manifold, downpipe, turbo, gate, dump tube), then oil feed line, coolant lines, tap and install return line, mock up and modify plastics for the intercooler setup, remove airpump or relocate, sure gauges too, power/ground/signal, fuel pump, injectors, injector wiring, and more. Shop around but $1000-1500 is what I would imagine is a fair rate.
