Cool InlinePro Kit thread and topics

I just wanted to start some additonal discussion about the Inline pro kit and have a place to share are ideas, help each other out, post dyno's, and provide ideas on upgrades and new development related to the inline pro kits.

I posted in another thread about upgrading the WG, I think mine is an older version turbosmart 38, Ya told me a new one from the same company is making one that flows like a Tial 44. Does this come with the new kits and does it hit the hood when closing?

I have the newer one (turbosmart) that they now sell with thier kit. It's the 38 ultragate and is a compact design so no hood problems.

Good thread by the way!

I installed the Turbosmart 38mm onto mine and it actually fits under the AC lines.. Mine looks older, it looks like it was originally black but had faded to like a brownish color on the top. It definitely isnt the new one that comes blue.

yeah and your dump tube is differnt than mine, I think mine hits underneth the car sometimes, I think they must have fixed this with the newer kits.

Anyone ever have a problem with the motor mount under the manifold, I have been told due to heat it causes them to break down fast and fail? I was getting a wierd vibbration on right hand turns. I dropped the car off to have it checked out.
