Well Comptech told me how to bypass the FPR and still no dice. I think I'm out of options so I'm going to start the uninstall tonight. I now have steam coming out my exhaust so who knows what's all messed up now. I just hope it runs once I remove all of this stuff.
sounds like your esm map wires are backwards. Its not the FPR that only reacts to more fuel when it sees boost. check your wires and reset your ecu. remember the picture of the wiring diagram is you looking at the back of the plug where the wires go in.

I got it up to a turbo shop today and had the main guy take a look at it. He got it started and running good at idle but no dice under any throttle. ESM is wired correctly (twice) and received a new ESM box wired by a different person today and it does the same thing. I ordered a fuel pressure gauge and tapped banjo bolt because the guy at the turbo shop said it is not getting enough fuel. I also threw a cell light there. 3 codes all equating to fuel problems. He reset them and they have since reappeared and the car will not start again.
I am going to check the voltage going through the ESM box tomorrow. If it is reading correctly I will wait and see what the Fuel Gauge reads.
If the fuel gauge reads appropriate PSI I am going to remove this thing and run it over with my N/A car.

But I laugh to keep from crying. I'm in the same boat for another few days(I hope). Your case is almost exactly the same as mine, all the way to the smoke out of the exhaust. But that only happened during some colder weather and I had left the car idling for quite some time.
Before traveling to Florida, I tightened the belt, replaced plugs and gapped to .033", and ran the stock header and cat. The car ran close to "great" the first day of highway driving. I was ecstatic! Next morning, back to sputtering at anything resembling 51%+ throttle.
Here's the kicker though... my car ran like a raped banshee BC(before crash). Since I've gotten her back, I've had the speedo read "0" mph twice and throw a CEL. I jiggled the yellow box(for the 4.57's) wires, reset the ECU, and was good-to-go on that front.
In my case, I think one of two scenario's have occurred, the first being that while having the car fixed and repainted(color change), someone(s) possibly has had their foot in the bundle of wires. The second and much scarier notion is that someone tried to find out how fast she was/wasn't there at the shop and fudged something up.
As bad as it has been for months now, it never occurred to me to remove and destroy the blower!
Steam in exhaust huh, sounds like your head gasket may need to be looked at or you got some of your hoses on wrong. You may want to check the hose diagram from top to bottom and make sure you didn't accidently run them incorrectly.

I have had a fuel pump go bad right out of the box. This is very uncommon but since you are not getting enough fuel, wouldn't hurt to look into it.
I only did a compression check on mine- not major news there. I believe my headgasket to be fine.
Thank goodness.

UPDATE
Checked the fuel pressure and that is the problem. I am at a whopping 17psi at idle and under load it dropes to 14 then 12 then dies. So what do you guys think?
