installed new turbo boost not building
Have a mase turbo setup, aem v2, Mac boost solenoid car was running great till turbo went and slightly damaged fins, was a precision gt35r.
I swapped it out for a garrett gt35r. Things didn't go back together properly housing wrong, had to ground lip on exhaust housing, compressor blades touched housing when I first put on but sorted that wasn't quite straight. Exhaust flange and configuration was completed different hence swapping over exhaust housing and drill and tap hole for boost t peice in compressor housing for boost solenoid, I took a data log before with old turbo but it spools more or less the same as per new turbo upto 10 psi at 4200 but doesn't make anymore boost after hovers around 10 but only went 5500 rpm any ideas?
Thanks

Sounds like your wastegate is opening at 10 psi. Why don't you get a retune and up the boost. You will need some kind of boost controller/ boost solonoid to raise the boost over the wategates spring pressure.
Thanks but...
Wastegate spring is a 7psi spring (mac boost solenoid is pushing this past spring pressure) , yes from 4200 boost flat lines.
I'm requesting 20 psi, at 4500 it should be 14 psi.
As stated above I have a mac boost solenoid, and was tuned perfectly previously on a precision gt35r, I know have a garrett gt35r.
