Default Installing 550 injectors before fmu and pump?

I am slowly installing my vortech kit. Can I install my 550 injectors before i put in the fmu, fuel pump and emanage?

What about the ik22 spark plugs?

Huh? Are you installing it piece by piece and still driving it around? If you're not then it really doesn't matter.

There realy is no need for the FMU if you will be using an e-manage and 550's. The whole point of swapping to bigger injectors is to not have to rely on super high fuel pressure for fuel enrichment.

I wouldn't even bother with the FMU. I would add an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, you may find it neccesary to turn down the fuel pressure with the 550's.

Do not run the car into boost without the e-manage tuned. You can either have stock injectors with the FMU, or your 550's with the e-manage.

Use the boost cut function of the e-manage as your Map voltage clamp, no need to add the Vortech Map clamp (the little black box)
