Default installing pfab twinscroll kit back into car

We’re trying to put back the engine in the car but we're having major fitment issues. It's got the Pfab turbo kit with the Hypertune copy intake manifold.

We got the engine completely assembled and we’re trying now to get it into the car.

First try: Engine in the car, but then the gearbox is not possible to mount on the engine as you have to tilt the engine. And the engine cannot be tilted as the turbo hits the reinforcement bar.

Second try: Engine + gearbox together, putting it from above into the engine bay. Problem: valvecover hits the firewall while the oil pan is hitting the frame bar that is in front of the main pulley.

Third try: remove the whole suspension, put the engine with gearbox from underneath. Problem: Engine is now too wide with the turbo kit and the intake manifold, so engine does not go in between the two reinforcement bars.

Has anyone got any suggestions? I called and emailed Pfab but no response yet.

I prefer not to take the turbokit from the engine. Then we have to remount the turbo kit into the car. Additionally with this turbo kit it is not possible to change the clutch as you cannot tilt the engine far enough to get the gearbox out.

I have PFABS Divided mani and I can remove the manifold & Turbo as one piece. I just unbolted the pax motor mount and jacked the motor up. This is the easiest way. I would just unbolt the Mani & turbo, put the motor in, then jack it up, bolt on mani and then lower back in.

Tried that, can't get the engine in the bay with the kit installed.

Problem is there isn't any room to bolt up everything with the engine in the bay. Why does this make you laugh?

your making this way harder than it has to be.

PULL the turbo manifold off the engine. How do you think people install the turbo kit with the engine IN the car? Seriously?
