No it's just a lhd car, nothing special about it.

I was just asking for some ideas, no need for flaming or venting off here I think.

The twin scroll manifold if very big. With the topside turbo and double wastegates and dumptubes there is very little space for installation in the car, believe me we've tried it. It's very hard to get to all the bolts.

Corey, please read before flaming. I didn't say that at all. I said we tried 3 different ways and they didn't work for my specific kit. I was ASKING for ideas.

Maybe some new tools? They make tools to get to every nook and cranny you can think of. Some of the multi-articulating flat but ratcheting wrenches I've picked up over the years are super handy.

I had the same kit as Joey. Gotta put it on the motor with motor in the car. Put motor in, tilt it back and install tranny. Only connect drive motor mount and jack up the passenger side of the engine as high as you can. Install turbo kit. It is tight, but I installed and uninstalled several times with motor in car using this method. Jacking up passenger side of motor is the key.

Thanks guys, that's the way we're doing it now. Used to Supra bays and 2JZ's where you don't have these problems.

This is a real bitch indeed to even change a clutch now.

Yeah you need to remove the turbo manifold. Put your new clutch in before you put the trans on. THen put the whole motor, trans and everything on the subframe. and put that subframe in together.

Then put your turbo mani on later.

I put the manifold and turbo on as a whole that saves struggling for the turbo to manifold bolts.
