Hey supercharger+ems guys-- quick question: has anyone ever measured their intake air temp with and without aftercooler? If so, what is the temp difference? I was dyno'ing my car, and I watched the power degrade as the aftercooler got heatsoaked. I'm kinda looking for a more efficient alternative if one exists. Bigger heat exchange? Higher flow water pump? Bigger aftercooler core?

 

Some people will get a larger sperco radiator for the aftercooler. Also remember on a dyno there isn't as much cooling effect as when driving at 55+mph
