seth, trying unrelocating your battery. Maybe when you unplugged the battery something got reset, as far as what i am not sure. I dont have aem, so im not 100% sure how it works. As far as meth goes, maybe the switch wire or power wire split or something after the relocation wires were pulled through.

do a log of your run. then look for any type of limiter that may be set in the aem. i think others are right, you have a boost cut that is kicking in.
