I'd go with the Fujitsubo. It's much cheaper and much quieter too. The Hytech sounds good, but its just too much between 3K-4K rpm in-car...I measured around 99-101db max. I very well may be getting rid of my Twin loop if we cant get it to be a bit more quiet...and this sucks because it is so well made. I'll be trying a high flow cat with it here soon.

On another note the long tube header sounds fantastic. I'm guessing that it is because of the 1-3 & 2-4 pairing.

I am deciding between stock, Fujitsubo, and Hytech myself as well.

I have had 4 different exhaust and they were all too loud for the track. Now I just have the stock ones on. I am also running Kraftwerks and J's header.
Oh...Camuman just tried the Vibrant Ultra Quiet resonator on his Hytech twin loop and got some good results...95db according to his meter!

seems supercharger doesnt mind that 60 to dual 50mm exhaust at all.
That is interesting, and I can certainly attest to this with my set up/numbers.

A header that makes more power in the mid/upper rpms over OEM without losing the lower end is really appealing.

Well, I don't have the dyno charts to show you all yet (I forgot to take the drf's with me)...I'll get them emailed to me on Monday and then I'll post them.

...anyway...I got all of the power back that I lost going back to the Fujitsubo exhaust (60mm to dual 50mm) with the Hytech header.

New numbers are 382whp & 254 wtq.

So it DOES seem that in MY application the smaller piping is a bit better.

Dyno charts to come...

look at the boost carefully when changing exhaust parts on a supercharged car.

alot of times the boost will drop and you will see a drop in power. speed the blower up to make the same boost you had before and you will pick up power.

even a 1/2 psi can make a huge difference with a blower.

[QUOTE=Sportster,Sep 18 2010, 02:09 AM] very good info !

seems like 60 or 63.5mm dia. is the way to go with a SC!!! No need for loud 3" or even 2.75"dia.

I am too SC with comptech @10psi and I am using a 2.5" single custom made exhaust

based on SFV s2k's results.

sorry for the 'Greek'
